Free of Cost Training
500 Candidates of SC/ST Community from Prayagraj and Varanasi were provided free of cost ICT and Entrepreneurship training program by STIHUB IIIT Allahabad. The training program was delivered in three modules

Program Structure
Trainees Shortlisted
500 SC/ST trainees selected from Prayagraj and Varanasi with help of 9 NGOs.
Module 1 Training
Selected 500 trainees got module 1 classroom training at their respective centres.
Module 2 Training
The STIHUB trainees got module 2 training which covers topics related to business domain.
Module 3 Training
In module 3 the trainees got domain specific trainings at their respective centres.
Field & Business Training
After completion of training the trainees were engaged in field & business training
Handholding to business firms
The firms created by STIHUB for the trainees will get at least one year handholding support.

Goals
OBJECTIVES OF sTIHUB iIIT ALLAHABAD
Objective I
Imparting entrepreneurial skills to the target community, which will eventually help them learn business skills to set up own ventures and gain operational knowledge to become self-sustainable.
Objective II
Enriching the platform with more relevant ICT services, by developing these ourselves and approaching academic/researcher community with a request of developing and adding new content to the existing system.
Objective III
Facilitating innovative ways for self-employment, as well as robust Support system for existing businesses.
Objective IV
Promoting group efforts for setting and achieving bigger goals by creating B2C and B2B ICT supporting modules.
